This website belongs to Harriet, an independent hairdresser in Horsham, trading as Harriet's Hairdressing. It is not run by Steban's Hair Studio.

What I collect

When you book, I ask for your name, phone number, optional email address, any notes you add and, for home visits, your address. I use these only to run your appointment: to know who's coming, to reach you if something changes, to find your home, and to keep a record of colour patch tests.

Who sees it

Only me. Booking details are stored securely with Cloudflare, which hosts this site. If email confirmations are switched on, your email address is passed to the email service that sends them. I never sell or share your details for marketing.

How long I keep it

Your details are removed automatically 24 months after your appointment.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a sign-in cookie on my own admin pages.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details at any time by messaging me on Instagram. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
